Peak season is a busy time for us. For any summer campsite bookings, we kindly request that you book via the form below.

We will open up any gaps after these dates, but after these dates we can’t guarantee group bookings or site requests. First priority will go to our existing guests for same sites and dates the following year, then we open up requests.

To make your booking experience smooth and clear, please read through the following steps and terms for our summer peak periods and public holiday weekends.

Peak Periods

Our peak periods include:

• Summer Peak: 20th December to 31st January
• Waitangi Weekend
• Easter Weekend
• Labour Weekend

Bookings during these periods are subject to our Peak Booking & Cancellation Policy, which overrides any standard policies.

How to Book

1. Submit a Booking Request:
   • All bookings during peak periods must be made via our Peak Summer Booking Request Form.
   • This form is available on our website below or by request from our office.
2. Manual Processing:
   • Requests are processed manually, and we may suggest alternative dates if your preferred dates are unavailable.
3. Booking Timeline:
   • Summer Peak Period (Dec-Jan):
     • Requests are processed and offers sent to guests by 1st March.
     • Deposit of the First Night must be paid within 3 days of receiving the deposit request.
   • Waitangi, Easter, and Labour Weekends:
     • Requests are processed at the time of booking.

Deposit Rules

• A non-refundable deposit of the first night’s tariff is required within 3 days of receiving the deposit request.
• For bookings made within 21 days of the peak dates, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required.

Payment Deadlines

• Summer Peak Period:
  • Full payment and final details (arrival/departure dates, guest numbers) are due by:
    • 10th November for December arrivals.
    • 10th December for January arrivals.
• Public Holiday Weekends:
  • Full payment is due 21 days before your arrival date.

Failure to pay the balance by these deadlines will result in the cancellation of your booking.

Important Policies

• Cancellations and Refunds:
  • After full payment, bookings are non-refundable.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for early departures, bad weather, or cancellations after the payment deadline.
• Amendments:
  • Changes to arrival dates, guest numbers, or length of stay may be considered but are not guaranteed and must be requested via email.
  • Reductions in nights or guest numbers are non-refundable after the full payment deadline.
• Group Bookings:
  • We cannot guarantee adjacent sites or units for group bookings.
  • A group bond may be required to ensure compliance with park rules, including noise curfews.

Site and Unit Allocation

• Exact site or unit numbers cannot be guaranteed during the booking process.
• Allocation will be confirmed at check-in.

Additional Information

• Bookings for peak periods can only be made directly with us via our website, phone, or email. Inventory is restricted for third-party booking agents during these times.
• Minimum night stays apply during peak periods.
• A surcharge may apply for specific requests.
